ps：上半年购买了hostsolutions家的罗马尼亚大盘机，不过有一小半时间经常性出现网络性能不佳，至少目前已经出现两次，而且持续时间都比较长。官网会发布相关新闻通知，不过没有历史纪录，特备份一下。

Start from today we will suspend paypal payments due of hight fees for us and due of some Terms of conditions what paypal was change in our contract recently. Meantime we will accept only credit cards payment , wire and BTC payment .

Small network interruption between 15.10.2019 and 16.10.2019
Hello,
we have notice a issue with our main router core and we need to replace some parts . Durring this period is possible to have small interruptions. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

UPDATE : we have find the problem and tumorrow all will be back to normal.
Update : we have resolve the network issue , tumorrow we will add +1 carrier and all job is done . Thanks all for patciense.
Update : delay in add GTS upstream due of unfinished jobs , estimated time thuesday 22.10.2019
Update : We have fix the UPC network (liberty global) still waiting for GTS to be implemented but the network is stable now. 22.10.2019
